You can download a handy map that shows you exactly where stores and restaurants are located. This guide will be useful for Chapter members and visiting celiacs who are looking for a place to shop or eat and need directions.
Please remember, when dining out at recommended restaurants:
be patient with the wait staff - they could be new
calmly present your needs
as each course is served, gently inquire whether it is gluten free
thank your server when you have enjoyed a good meal
tell others what a great dining experience you have had there
Let’s do our best to let restaurants know that not only is it good for business to cater to celiacs, but make them glad they did.
