Meet with fellow celiacs who have ‘been there and done that’ Lifestyle Markets and Market on Millstream are the the generous hosts of Victoria’s Celiac Socials. Listen and laugh over a gluten free snack, cup of tea or coffee. Ask your burning questions or relax and enjoy.  Meetings end with a tour of the aisles to get your bearings or to discover the secrets to gluten free happiness. Don’t be shy - give us a try.

If you would like to join the CCA, we are now able to register new members at these meetings.

Saturday July 12.

The trip to Salt Spring Island was a great success. It was a glorious sunny day, perfect for browsing the market. We indulged on wonderful baking from the Laughing Daughters Bakery - a fully gluten free bakery. The bakery brings gluten free goodies to the Saturday market in the summer and sells out quickly—we can understand why!

Wednesday, August 6

Cycling for Celiacs send-off dinner at the Olive Grove Restaurant is cancelled.

The Cycling for Celiacs team has scaled back their ride because of fuel and accommodation costs and will not be coming to Victoria.

Please show your support for this intrepid team of cyclists by making a donation to their 350 km Red Deer to Edmonton ride raising funds for celiac research. Check out their website Cycling for Celiacs.
