CONFERENCE EXHIBITS SHOW WAS ALSO OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

For the first time ever the trade show was open to the public on Saturday, May 10 in the afternoon at the Victoria Conference Centre from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a modest $2 entrance fee.

More than 40 booths demonstrating gluten free food with free samples to try.

This was a unique opportunity to learn more about celiac disease and the gluten free diet all for a $2 entrance fee.
